Positive Thinking; 4keys To Reframe Your Negative Thinking
Filed under The Power of Positive ThinkingJul 27Here are 4 keys that will help you to reframe your negative thinking and become more positive. What often happens is that the “frame” we choose for our life or particular situations is influenced by our inner critic, which tends to have a negative impact on how we view events and ourselves.
When you learn to spot unhelpful “frames” and are able to make a positive change to how you frame or view them, you are likely to feel more positive, have more energy, feel lighter, more motivated and satisfied with life – so it is worth persevering until you have mastered the art of reframing.
Key 1. Reframing Your Inner Critic’s Thoughts And Words. When you find yourself about to think or say negative, self defeating statements, think about another way of framing what you are thinking, and talking about that will be more empowering and motivating. For instance you could say;
A. “I’m hopeless at having relationships”. so you reframe it and say- “I really need to learn from my experiences so that I can attract the right kind of person into my life”.
B. “I hate this task, it is going to be tedious”. Reframe – ” There must be a way for me to make this task more interesting”.
C. ” Nothing ever goes right for me, I feel fed up and useless” Reframe- ” I’m facing lots of challenges right now and it is tough, I need to look at what is going well and my strengths to build/draw on those”.
Key 2. Choose Your Words Carefully. The words we use when we think and speak about a situation have a powerful impact on how we feel and behave, so we need to choose our words carefully. For example: do you face challenges, or problems? I find it useful to talk about the challenges that I am overcoming rather than problems or difficulties I have to face This might seem like semantics, but how we view things and the words we use to describe them will have either a positive or negative impact on our ability to deal with the situation in hand.
Key 3. Change Your Outlook. Whether we have a “glass-is-half-full” or “half-empty” view of life effects everything in our lives. Do you look at what went wrong or what went well? Do you focus on what did not happen or what might happen in the future? Do you think about what you don’t have in your life, rather than appreciate all the things you do have? These different ways of thinking again affect how happy and satisfied we are with our lives and the actions we end up taking.
Many people think feel that this is part of their personality and you are either an optimistic or pessimistic person. However, from my own experiences and from working with clients I know it is possible to change the glass from being half-empty to being half-full.
Key 4. Reframing The Picture In Your Head. As well as changing the picture in our head, we can change what we focus on when we look around us. If, when we think of something that has happened or that is going to take place in the future, we have negative images in our mind’s eye, we can reframe it and see it in a more positive, empowering and motivating light. Somebody once said “you can not conquer what you won’t confront. In other words if you never confront your negative thoughts and change them into positive,it’s a choice that you have to make in order to become more and more a positive thinking person, until negative thoughts have no power over your life, because you consciously reframe everything what is negative into positive.
In order to happen for this in your life, you have to decide not to watch or avoid watching everything what is negative including news. Let me tell you about the news
After you have listened them you are already depressed. Basically what you hear constantly eventually you will believe it. So,chose wisely, take small steps every day and become a person you always wanted to be. So,choose to read, watch something positive every day and associate with positive thinking people as much as you can, than you’ll see how quickly your thinking will start to change.Tagged as: reframe nagative attitude -

A positive attitude influences your whole life, determining thoughts and feelings, conversations, actions, goals and direction. A positive attitude can open up many possibilities, just as a negative attitude may shut them out.
A positive attitude starts with our thoughts. As we discovered, we have complete and obsolete control over what we think and we can consciously choose to think positive thoughts and rewire our brain for success.
Some people seem lucky enough to be born with a positive attitude, but others have to work at it. No matter what you came into this world with, you have the ability to develop a positive state of mind – one positive thought at a time. Every time a negative thought comes into your mind, immediately stop, and turn it into a positive one. It might take practice and persistence, but it works, and start to bring many positive changes into your life. Relationships will improve, problems turn into challenges, and hope and enthusiasm will grow. You begin to see opportunities where negative clouds previously obscured your vision of the future. You begin to believe that you really can make your dreams come true and make positive plans to make it happen.
Once you start this, you eventually begin to feel uncomfortable around negative people and tend to avoid them. In fact,I highly recommend that you do avoid negative, cynical people who try to dampen your enthusiasm or control you with their unproductive and negative approach, which will do nothing to bring them success in life. Concentrate fully on becoming positive and optimistic. You can achieve whatever you believe in wholeheartedly. Don’t let anyone stop you or trample on your dream. No one has a right to do that. Stay focused and stay on track and belief that your efforts will be rewarded when the time is right. Never forget, whatever your mind can conceive and believe you can achieve.

The law of abundance is very simple. In a nutshell, all it requires for you to do is to believe in yourself, believe that you deserve love, wealth, and happiness, and think positive thoughts. That is all there is to it. People from all walks of life have been abiding by this one very crucial law for decades and
have been able to reap the fruits of their thoughts and simplistic beliefs. One of the best things about the law of abundance is that there is nothing about
it that’s difficult. You may not realize it, but everything that you have and all that you are is a result of what you have been thinking throughout previous years. The things you don’t have are also the result of some type of belief you possess as well as a belief you lack.Tomorrow when you get out of bed the law of abundance is automatically at work. Failing to take advantage of the ‘powers that be’ in your life is the biggest problem. You can have all that you have ever dreamed of by simply taking a look at what you already have. When you learn to appreciate what you got, only then can things begin to multiply. It’s common sense. If you are naturally a pessimistic person, thinking positively about life may seem like a challenge. In reality, all you are doing is breaking a bad habit. Again, taking advantage of the law of abundance doesn’t have to be difficult.
Each day when you wake up, you are the one who is creating the opportunities for wealth and happiness. By waking up in a bad mood, you are setting yourself up for disappointment and failure. Something that may help you to think more positively about your life is to leave little notes for yourself throughout your house reminding you of how lucky you are. When you open yourself up to that level of abundance, there is so much more for you to obtain. People prevent their own happiness from becoming a reality by not taking advantage of the law of abundance. You can prevent do this by taking
control of your thoughts. Make the decision to change your mind. The next time a negative thought comes creeping around grab it and turn it around into a positive. Feeding off negative thoughts is something that some
find beneficial. Making the law of abundance work for you through this may be easier for you particularly if pessimism comes naturally. Many people are constantly thinking of themselves in the negative, feeling like they are fat or ugly, next time try telling yourself how beautiful and fit you are. You will feel the happiness begin to flow abundantly in you. At this point, you will have whatever you ask for because this energy is irresistible and contagious. Are you constantly worrying about money thinking you never have enough? You need to change that attitude to one that says you have all you want and need plus some! You will suddenly see abundance flowing in your life. You must remember that making the law of abundance a force in your life is completely possible. You will be amazed at how well the power will work in your life once you decide to appreciate the things in your life currently. You will think something magical has come your way!Tagged as: Self ImprovementComments Off -
Control Your Emotions
Filed under The Power of Positive ThinkingJan 24
To keep your mind positive, refuse to criticize, complain about or condemn other people for anything. Every time you criticize someone else, complain about something you don’t like, or condemn someone else for something that they have done or not done, you trigger feelings of negativity and anger within yourself. And you are the one who suffers. Your negativity doesn’t affect the other person at all. Being angry with someone is allowing him or her to control your emotions, and often the entire quality of your life, at long distance. This is just plain silly.
Remember, as Gary Zukacs says in his book, Seat of the Soul, Positive emotions empower; negative emotions disempower. Positive emotions of happiness, excitement, love and enthusiasm make you feel more powerful and confident. Negative emotions of anger, hurt or blame weaken you and make you hostile, irritable and unpleasant to be around. Once you decide to accept complete responsibility for yourself, your situation, and for everything that happens to you, you can turn confidently toward your work and the affairs of your life. You become “the master of your fate and the captain of your soul.”

“Thoughts lead on to purposes; purposes go forth in action; actions form habits; habits decide character; and character fixes our destiny.” (Tryon Edwards)
Almost everything you are or will be will be determined by your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Fully 95% of everything you think, feel and do will be determined by your habits. The key to becoming a great person, and living a great life, is for you to develop the habits of success that lead inevitably to your achieving everything that is possible for you. Fortunately, all habits are learned, and are therefore learnable. If you have bad habits, or if you have not yet developed the habits that you need to become everything that you are capable of becoming, you can develop these habits by a systematic process of practice and repetition, just as you learn any other subject. Good habits are hard to learn, but easy to live with. Bad habits, on the other hand, are easy to learn but hard to live with. In either case, once you have developed a habit, it becomes automatic and easy. Like breathing in and breathing out, you find it easier and easier to engage in thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are consistent with the person you want to be, and the goals you want to achieve.
A habit has been defined as “a conditioned response to stimuli,” but where do they originate? A habit is developed as the result of your responding in a particular way to a particular stimulus, often starting early in life. It is very much like driving down the road and taking a fork in one direction or another. Whichever direction you go, good or bad, largely determines where you end up. Fortunately, you are born with no habits at all. You have acquired them all from infancy. Different habits take different time periods to develop, if you desire them, or to overcome, if they are habits that you want to get rid of. As it happens, there is a proven system that you can use to accelerate the process of new habit pattern development. Behavioral psychologists refer to “operant conditioning” to describe how people learn certain automatic behaviors. They sometimes refer to the “SBC Model” of new habit pattern formation. These three letters stand for “Stimulus-Behavior- Consequences.” First, something happens in your life that stimulates a thought or feeling. Second, in response, you behave a particular way. Third, as a result, you experience a certain consequence. If you repeat this process often enough, you develop a new habit. In Pavlov’s experiments with dogs, one of the first major experiments on the role of operant conditioning, a hungry dog was given a piece of meat and a bell was rung at the same time. This process was repeated several times, over several days. Each time the dog received the meat, the dog would salivate in anticipation of the food, and the bell would ring. After repeating this stimulus-response action several times, the dog would salivate automatically upon hearing the bell, even when no meat was present. In the same way, you can develop conditioned responses to people and situations as the result of previous experiences, either positive or negative. For example, if there is someone in your life that you love and care about, the thought of that person, or the sound of that person on the phone, will immediately cause you to smile and feel happy.
If there is a person in your life, usually from your past, who has hurt you, and made you angry or unhappy, the very thought of that person, or even the person’s name, will immediately trigger feelings of anger or sadness. Many people become trapped by memories of unhappy experiences, which have become habitual responses, and are often unable to let them go.
There is another model of habit pattern development called the “ABC Model.” These three letters stand for antecedents-behaviors-consequences. What psychologists have discovered is that the antecedents, what has happened in the past, stimulate only 15% of your behaviors. Fully 85% of your behaviors are motivated by what you expect to happen in the future, by the anticipated consequences. For example, if you are preparing to give a presentation, or apply for a job, 85% of your motivation will be determined by what you expect to happen if you are successful. Only 15% of your motivation will be decided by what you have done in the past in similar circumstances. People are motivated to act in a particular way by what they expect to happen more than any other factor or influence. In other words, you do the things you do because of the consequences you feel you will experience as a result. Expectations Theory explains small things, like what you do and say in a social situation, and large matters, such as capital movements in the international financial markets. You can actually manufacture your own expectations. You can develop the habit of expecting good things to happen, no matter how they may appear at the moment. Your expectations then influence your attitudes and the way you treat other people. Your attitudes, expectations and behaviors will then have an inordinate influence on the way things actually work out. In effect, you can control much of your own future by expecting things to happen in a positive way. Unfortunately, negative expectations also become self-fulfilling prophecies. If you expect something to turn out poorly, this will affect your attitude and behavior. Your negative attitude then increases the likelihood that you will experience the negative consequences that you anticipated. If you repeat this often enough, you will develop a negative and pessimistic attitude. This way of thinking will become a habit.Tagged as: Good and Bad HabitsComments Off -
How To Become Positive
Filed under The Power of Positive ThinkingDec 30It is natural for people to develop negative thoughts and feelings. Although it is not easy to get rid of these “negatives,” it’s important that people learn to focus instead on more positive thoughts and ideas. We can practice the skills necessary to replace negative thoughts and feelings and cultivate a more positive attitude. Like everyone else, you have negative thoughts and feelings — fear, insecurity, guilt, and even hatred. But also like everyone else, you have within yourself the ability to replace these “negatives” with a more positive way of thinking. It may not always be easy, but it is possible! One technique often recommended for getting rid of negative thoughts and feelings is to replace them with positive thoughts, mental pictures of peaceful scenes, such as the light of the moon on water, the ocean washing gently on the sand, or the stars twinkling on a clear, quiet night. Think of a peaceful scene you could use to prevent negative thoughts from creeping into your mind. Sometimes, simply thinking of peaceful words and expressions might do the trick. Using today’s newspaper, find and circle at least 10 “peaceful”words and expressions to tuck away when you need a little peace of mind. Are you a user of “little negatives”? Do such phrases as “I don’t think I can do that” or “I’m afraid I’ll be late” clutter up your conversation? You may not even realize it when you use negatives words and phrases. Regardless, if you use them enough, they can condition you to think negatively, too. Before you know it, little negatives will clutter up your mind, as well as your conversation. Often, it’s not the “little negatives” that stand in the way of a positive attitude. It’s the big ones! People who consistently talk negatively not only affect themselves and their attitudes but others who are around them. On the other hand, people who carry on personal and group conversations with upbeat words and expressions give themselves and others plenty to be positive about. When people feel inferior, they are easily discouraged and can even become depressed. Instead of focusing on the things they can do well, they dwell on their weaknesses and failures. The problem with this is that too often people don’t take enough time to rest and relax. Even young people need to take time to give their minds and bodies a break. It can restore your energy, ease the stress and tension in your life, and, yes, help you maintain a positive outlook. And remember whatever you are fighting against, always fight back with opposite, but in oder to fight with opposite you must be well equipped. Never forget, that battle always begins in your mind, and in order to win the battle, you must feed your mind constantly with positive information. If you start from “Anthony Robbins” or ” Bob Proctor” it will be a good start. So,good luck, and don’t forget “The Best Is Jet To Come!”

This is not a newly discovered Law. The Law of Attraction has been communicated in different ways of some of the greatest teachers in history such as Jesus. Although it has been fairly recently that The Law of Attraction was given a name, it has existed since the beginning of time!
Here are just a couple quotes from their teachings.
“Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.”
Who said this? Jesus. Jesus showed that to stop suffering, you need to change your limiting thoughts and beliefs. It was her belief which began as a thought that stopped her suffering. He didn’t say, “I have healed you”, he said “Your Faith has healed you.”
Having faith is an empowering belief and creating force. What are your beliefs that limit you from having what you desire? It is those beliefs that will keep you from attracting everything you want in your life. You need to believe in the Universe, another words God, and yourself!
“As a man thinketh, so is he”
Whatever thoughts you focus upon will manifest into form and ultimately create your reality.
We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts we make our world.
” All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him,
like a shadow that never leaves him”Let me also clarify again that the ‘Law of Attraction’ works in both directions, negative and positive. Meaning, if you are focusing your energy on not having enough money to pay the bills, guess what? You won’t have enough money to pay the bills. Now, let’s say that you are in the same predicament and you ‘know’ that you will have enough money for bills, even if you don’t right then, you will attract a way to have enough money for the bills. It may manifest in money itself, or in an idea on how to create the money.
The hardest part about the Law of Attraction, is knowing how to put yourself in the frame of mind that you need to be in, in order to attract the positive results into your life. It’s hard to not think or put energy into the ‘bad’ or negative things in life. Especially when they’re all around you. That’s where the other Essential Universal Laws come into play.
So again, I can not express enough that doing only what the Law of Attraction suggests, is not enough. It is necessary, but it is not enough.
