Power, the kind that makes you in control of your life, was the reaffirming thought that I brought away from viewing the movie, “The Secret. “Whether I am happy or sad depends on my thoughts that are controlling my emotions. Those emotions are controlling my actions. Sometimes I am happy, sometimes I’m not. It’s up to me and my thoughts, and how those thoughts govern my emotions, and thus my actions. The law of attraction is simple and I use it in my life to help me align and achieve my goals.
Three simple law of attraction techniques can improve you life.
1. Visualization.This is not an easy technique, but it is a major aspect of the law of attraction. Staying focused is not easy when your mind is echoing with thoughts like the
noise in a busy train station. Your goals can become obscured, visualizing them is affected, when we become inundated with the deadlines, problems, and worries of our quotidian lives. A good method to opt for when you’re trying to concentrate is to quit what you’re doing and do something that makes you happy. This simple tip for the use of the law of attraction will put you in the proper place mentally, so you can make the law of attraction work for you. Once you have engaged this technique, use your refreshed mind to concentrate on your dreams and goals.Positive thinking and visualization are the foundation of the law of attraction and the law is basically the belief that like attracts like. Beyond your basic beliefs, no matter what they be, the thoughts on which you focus will attract the positive, or the negative, aspects of life. Consciously or subconsciously, we are responsible for what happens in our lives, we attract happenings by our thoughts.
2. Gratitude. Giving thanks is so fundamentally simple, it’s hard to understand how it can change one’s life.
Gratitude has had a very powerful effect on my life. Giving thanks makes me happy, makes me a better person. As I’ve grown, I’ve come to recognize that a simple act of thanks can be transforming. Daily, give thanks the moment you awaken.
Construct a list in your mind and check off each item that makes you grateful. This is a simple law of attraction technique to get your positive energy charged for the rest of the day. Challenges are a gift, be grateful for them. Self-pity is unacceptable. Challenges should not reduce you to that state. Being thankful for your challenges sets you on the path to overcome them.
Having a bad day? Sit down and make a gratitude list. No matter how bad the circumstances of the day in which you find yourself, you can always find something that brings you joy or gratitude. You have much – be thankful.
Everybody can see ways in which their lives can be improved. Yearning for more or better circumstances is human nature. Meanwhile, be thankful for what you have. A fundamental rule of the law of attraction is being grateful for what you do have, no matter how measly it may seem.
3. Procrastination is anathema to action.The movie, “The Secret” has a rather simplistic view of the law of attraction. The action required to manifest wealth is not given enough play, it seems that visualization and positive thinking is all that’s needed. Wishing and hoping alone won’t make the law of attraction work for you, it requires considerably more. Certainly a feel-good movie and a good vehicle to teach about the law of attraction, it just doesn’t dwell enough on the action required to manifest your desires.
Your quotidian concerns can divert you from taking the steps to turn your goals and aspirations into reality. If this is the case, you need to do a few things to prevent life’s distractions from sidetracking you.
Over-thinking and over-analyzing are two of your biggest problems. They will waste your time and energy and get you nowhere. Nothing is perfect. Don’t let perfection stand in the way. Do your best, but keep the goal as the top concern. Take your time, conserve your strength, be methodical.
Keeping the guidance above in mind, you can make the law of attraction work for you. Your new life awaits.

The law of attraction basically states that you attract in your life circumstances and events that are similar or identical to what you focus your thoughts and beliefs on. Every thought has a vibrational energy pattern that will resonate with similar objects and events that already exist or are coming into existence. Let’s have a practical example to show you how this works. Assume for a moment that you hold the belief that taxes are unnecessary and only create financial problems. What happens is that in your life you will attract circumstances that always feel unpleasant when it comes to the topic of taxes. You may find yourself in a conversation where the topic turns to taxes. Immediately you will feel a shift in how you feel. You may get emotional or you may get upset and in the conversation you may bring up your belief concerning taxes. As if that isn’t enough, when tax season comes you will become more and more nervous with each passing day. Your mind no longer finds rest and ease and even a brief mention of the word taxes sucks a huge portion of your attention. In reality, you can experience either positive or negative results. After filing taxes you may end up receiving a huge return (positive!). Your tax accountant or tax lawyer may call and tell you that there are problems, and you need to bring in additional documents which you don’t have (negative!). How would that scenario play out if you held the belief that taxes are a necessary way to contribute to the betterment of this country? With your tax money more schools can be built and better education can take place within them. You create an attitude where you make enough money to easily pay your taxes each year. You hold a space inside yourself for your tax accountant, and believe that he or she is doing a marvelous job of supporting you getting your taxes done in an easy and effortless manner. What happens is this, the simple operation of the law of attraction: you will have enough money every year. You will feel good about paying your taxes and they will be done quickly and efficiently. This simply happens because you will attract an outside situation matching your beliefs, attitudes and concepts. Round objects don’t fit in square holes! Your energy will always match with similar energy. You will meet people that are on the same wave length that you are. You will attract circumstances in your life that will always match what you think and believe.
Simply put, the law of attraction is the resonance of the vibrational energy pattern that supports your blueprint of reality, which may contain both negative and positive beliefs, thoughts or concepts. Working with your blueprint to hold mostly positive beliefs amplifies the law of attraction and brings more positive experiences into your life. So,how can you get 100% benefits out of law of atraction,and use this law for your benefits and not against it. it’s very simple. Imagine that you are driving a car,so you can drive as far as you have petrol in your tank. What happens when you run out of petrol-simply you gonna stop. So now imagine your mind is fed all the time .Whether you like it or not,but that’s how it works. The question is? With what kind of information we keep feeding our minds? Is it good,up lifting,inspirational,motivational or something negative. What kind of people surrounding us today. Are they inspire,encourage,motivate us or contrary? The greatest thing what human being has is the power to control THOUGHTS. And as we all probably know that thoughts become things. I have many examples in my life how thoughts became reality. So,finally if we really want to control our thoughts,and attract more good things in our life,we have to feed our minds with right information. And there is no other way. Your mind like your wallet,if you have money in your wallet,then you can go and buy anything for yourself,but if your wallet is empty ques what? We all know the answer. So if our mind doesn’t have in his database any inspirational,motivational,personal development information,than to maintain constantly our minds with positive thoughts will be impossible-because-NEGATIVITY all around us and if we don’t take control over the information which coming towards us constantly , very soon we will realize how negative we becoming and to fight against that negativity we have to have something positive. And this will happen only by choosing to read,watch,listen something positive,inspirational,up lifting.We have to have this information in our mind (database) in order to fight against the waives of negativity. So to get good benefits from THE LAW OF ATTRACTION is to start concentrating on what kind of information we gonna feed our minds today. If we keep feeding our minds with good positive information,so the thoughts also will be positive and good. That’s where comes the law of attraction. You Are A Living Magnet

It is one of the most important of all principles in explaining success and failure. The law of attraction says that your thoughts are activated by your emotions, either positive or negative, and that they then create a force field of energy around you that attracts into your life, like iron filings to a magnet, exactly the people and circumstances that are in harmony with those thoughts. Like all mental laws, the law of attraction is neutral. If you think positive thoughts,you attract positive people and circumstances. If you think negative thoughts, you attract negative people and circumstances. Successful, happy people continually think and talk about the things they want to attract into their lives. Unsuccessful,unhappy people are continually talking about the people and situations that cause them to feel angry and frustrated.
One of the most important habits you develop is the habit of keeping your mind full of exciting, positive, emotionalized pictures and images of the exact things you want to see materialize in your life, and in the world around you. This is one of the most difficult of disciplines, but one that pays off in extraordinary ways. This will help you to understand better. Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. It is as though you live in a 360-degree mirror. Everywhere you look, you see yourself reflected back at you. People treat you the way you treat them. The way you think about your physical body will be reflected in your health habits and your
appearance. The way you think about people and your relationships will be reflected back to you in the quality of your friendships and your family life. The way you think about success and prosperity will be reflected in the results that you enjoy in your career and your material life. In every case, your outer world reflects back to you, like a mirror image, exactly what you are thinking in the deepest recesses of your mind. “You become what you think about – most of the time.”
Just think! You become what you think about most of the time. You probably heard this many times,but it’s true. You always move in the direction of your dominant thoughts. Everything in your outer world is controlled and determined by what you are thinking in your inner world. The good news is that there is only thing in the universe over which you have complete control, and that is the content of your conscious mind. So,if you don’t like the content of your mind,change the books you read today, programs you watch,people you associate and so on… Another thing,you and only you can decide what you think about most of the time. And fortunately, this is all the control that you need to shape your own life and determine your own future. By taking complete control of your conscious thoughts, you can control the direction of your life. By taking control, you will feel happy, powerful, confident and free. You will become unstoppable. You can do anything you think you can. This knowledge is literally the gift of the Creator, for through it you can solve every human problem. It should make of you an incurable optimist. The Power of Expectation

As a result, you will dramatically increase the probabilities that you will achieve exactly what you are hoping for. One of the wonderful things about expectations is that you can create your
own. You can get up each morning and say; “I believe something wonderful is going to happen to me today.” As you go through the day, you create a force field
of expectations that surrounds you and effects the people with whom you come in contact. And in some remarkable way, a series of wonderful things, both large and
small, will happen to you throughout the day. Successful people expect to be successful, in advance. Happy people expect to be happy. Popular people expect to be liked by others. They develop the habit of expecting that something good will happen in every situation. They expect to benefit from every occurrence, even temporary setbacks and failures. They expect the best of other people, and always assume the best of intentions. And they are seldom disappointed. The flipside of positive expectations are the negative expectations that many people have. Unhappy people expect to fail more often than they succeed. They expect that other people will hurt or disappoint them. They expect their ventures to do poorly. Instead of expecting the best, they expect the worst, and because the law is neutral, they are seldom disappointed. One of the most important things you can do to assure a happy, healthy, prosperous life, is to expect the very best from every person or situation, no matter how it may look at the moment. The Law of Deliberate Creation. So, how is this different from the Law of Attraction?

The Law of Deliberate Creation. The Law that we must learn, understand and implement if we want to see real results is ‘The Law of Deliberate Creation’. There are another 6 laws which also are very important,but today I will be talking about the law of “Deliberate Creation”.
The Law of Deliberate Creation: That which I give thought to, I begin to attract. What I give thought to with emotion, I attract more quickly.
That which you think about, you get. When you give thought to something you desire with an expectation or believe in it, you are then in the place to receive it.
So, how is this different from the Law of Attraction?
The difference between the Law of Attraction and the Law of Deliberate Creation is that, the Law of Attraction is like a boomerang. Whatever we give out with our energy vibrations (thoughts, feelings, etc) we will receive back to us. The Law of Deliberate Creation is offering a vibration knowingly, so that you don’t create by default. Most of the time, unless you are aware of these laws, you are offering a vibration unknowingly.
For example, if you are witnessing something that makes you happy, you are raising your vibration and you will then vibrate happiness. On the other hand, if you witness something that makes you angry, you will offer that same negative vibration. The Law of Attraction responds to whatever you are vibrating by giving you more of the same.
When you don’t apply the Law of Deliberate Creation you are an observer. You focus on your current reality and you have a vibration (either positive or negative). The Law of Attraction then responds to that vibration and you receive more of the same.
Let’s say that you are in debt. You observe this “reality” and while observing that you don’t have enough money to pay your bills, you unconsciously offer a vibration that is negative (fear, worry, doubt, etc). The Law of Attraction responds to that negative, “I am in debt” vibration and as a result, the Law of Attraction brings you more of what you are vibrating (I am in debt) and feeds the cycle.
See, the Law of Attraction can work for you and against you. It is imperative that you fully understand the Law Of Deliberate Creation and you are aware of how all of these laws work together and affect each other.
