Core Principles Of Being The Conscious Creator Of Your Reality
Empowerment is being the conscious creator of your reality. It is understanding that you have the choice of what you experience, and how you express yourself. This power is the power of freedom and free will, and it is that which God has granted you as His greatest gift. The intention of this article is to reunite your awareness with this Truth, so that you may experience all that you want, dream and desire. The culmination of the knowledge, understanding and implementation of the material here is the deepest desire that our heart has – peace. I invite you in this moment to ask for support from any spiritual sources that you believe in – angels, guides, deceased loved ones, Ascended Master such as Jesus,  the spirits of Nature, God,  the Universe, and/or any other beings of Light that are willing to offer you support as you begin this journey of moving from who you are now to who the deepest and most real part of you wants to become.
You can do this in your own words, from the heart, or repeat these words here, feeling them in your heart as you do so: “I AM setting the intention to be the conscious creator of my life – to embrace that power that we all
have access to in order to live my own unique expression. I ask any and all beings of Light who work for my highest good to assist me in this process, that it may be smooth, joyful, and full of Grace. Thank you, thank you, and thank you. So it is and so be it.”

Power
There are many kinds of power. Some are considered forces of Nature, or acts of God like the wind, like the sun’s heat and light, like the attractive force of gravity. There is power that we might express physically – pushing, pulling, moving. There is power over another – a form of energetic or emotional control, power derived from weakening someone else.  And then there is Power that is pure potential. It is the sense of power that we feel inside when we know we can do what we want to do. It is not a power over anyone or anything, except perhaps that doubting part of us, which may insist that we are powerless victims unable to achieve anything or amount to anything. This potential is Empowerment. It is the recognition that we can choose how to act in any given moment. We can decide whether to love or hate, to give or withhold, to be happy or not. We can decide how we live our life, what we do with our time, how we support ourselves physically, who we spend time with. Most significantly, we can choose what we think. This is the Power I wish for everyone to experience – the power to love and live a satisfied and peaceful life. It begins with believing you can change, because if you don’t believe you can, then you probably won’t.

Change
Change is happening in every moment. If you want to be more of who you really are, you need to change from who you think you are now. Allowing change is opening to life. Refusing to change is creating stagnation. If you want things to be different, you’ll need to do, think and say different things. There is resistance to change because we feel comfortable as we are, even if it isn’t what we would really like to be happening. The known seems safer than the unknown, only because we think of ourselves as that known part. As long as we define ourselves by what we think, say and do, we won’t want to give these things up and do something else, as we feel we’ll be giving up who we are. “If I change”, we might say, “then it won’t really be me any more, will it?” Look at your life – when you were a child, you changed into the adult you are now. Was that child any less you than who you are now?
No. So what is it then that you are, that survives all of these changes intact?

Who You Are
Who you are cannot be told to you, or shown to you except indirectly. This is one question you must ask for yourself and discover the answer yourself: “Who Am I?”
Ask it, once, and then sit quietly and wait for an answer. Many words may come. Listen to them. Feel them. Do they feel true? Is the accompanying emotion Peace? If not, then ask again, and again sit quietly and wait for an answer. In asking this question, you are saying to God / universe: “Show me who I AM.” And as the words that come as a reply begin to slow and lessen, you will discover something: a feeling, a presence, a sense of watching, witnessing, observing. You may not be able to put it into words, but through this experience you will know perhaps not what you are, but that you are. This awareness is the place of Silence, the place of pure potential. It is the undefinable part of you. When we describe ourselves, we say “I AM this”, or “I AM that”. This is our defined self, our form self. The part of us that does the defining simply says “I AM”. The I AM Presence Presence, or presense,
is literally something that occurs before we can sense it, beyond our senses. Yet it can be felt, and can be known directly. Those of us that suffer, do so from a perspective of thinking that we are our story. We tell stories about how things are, how we are, how life is, what’s happening to us, what we think about something or someone. We weave these stories and we forget that we are the Storyteller, rather than the story. We are free to tell a different story at any time, that is our freedom of choice. To make that choice, however, we must detach from our stories and instead identify with the Storyteller – that I AM Presence that exists in a space before definition. Many think this is a spiritual question, a philosophical matter, and one that doesn’t apply to ‘real life’. Yet your reality is your story, and we were born to choose, not to suffer.

Choose a beautiful life,
Choose to love and to be loved,
Choose to live a life where you are free.

Your self-confidence will be explosive.

responsibility for the mistakes and the shortcomings of his followers. If he tries to shift this responsibility, he will not
remain the leader. If one of his followers makes a mistake, and shows himself incompetent, the leader must consider that it is he who failed.
11. COOPERATION. The successful leader mustunderstand, and apply the principle of cooperative effort and be
able to encourage his followers to do the same. Leadership calls for power, and power calls for cooperation.
There are two forms of Leadership. The first, and by far the most effective, is LEADERSHIP BY CONSENT of, and with the
sympathy of the followers. The second is LEADERSHIP BY FORCE,without the consent and sympathy of the followers.
History is filled with evidences that Leadership by force cannot endure. The downfall and disappearance of “Dictators” and
kings is significant. It means that people will not follow forced leadership indefinitely. The world has just entered a new era of relationship between
leaders and followers, which very clearly calls for new leaders, and a new brand of leadership in business and industry. Those who

relegated to the rank and file of the followers. There is no other way out for them.

continually expanding. Every fact we learn leads us to the learning of another
fact; knowledge is continually increasing. Every talent we cultivate brings to the
mind the desire to cultivate another talent; we are subject to the urge of life,
seeking expression, which ever drives us on to know more, to do more, and to be more.
In order to know more, do more, and be more we must have more. We must
have things to use, for we learn, and do, and become only by using things. We
must get rich so that we can live more.
The desire for riches is simply the capacity for larger life seeking fulfillment.
Every desire is the effort of an unexpressed possibility to come into action. It is
power seeking to manifest which causes desire. That which makes you want
more money is the same as that which makes the plant grow; it is life seeking
fuller expression.

2.God,Energy or Intelligent Substance it’s the same ,will make things for you…
God will make things for you, but it will not take things away from
someone else and give them to you.
You must get rid of the thought of competition. You are to create, not to compete
for what is already created.
You do not have to take anything away from anyone.
You do not have to drive sharp bargains.
You do not have to cheat or to take advantage. You do not need to let anyone
work for you for less than he earns.
You do not have to covet the property of others or to look at it with wishful eyes.
No one has anything of which you cannot have the like, and that without taking
what he has away from him.
You are to become a creator, not a competitor. You are going to get what you
want, but in such a way that when you get it every other person whom you affect
will have more than he has now.

3. KNOW that there are countless millions of dollars’ worth of gold in the mountains
of the earth, not yet brought to light. And know that if there were not, more would
be created  to supply your needs.
KNOW that the money you need will come, even if it is necessary for a thousands
men to be led to the discovery of new gold mines tomorrow.
Never look at the visible supply. Look always at the limitless riches in formless
substance, and KNOW that they are coming to you as fast as you can receive
and use them. Nobody, by cornering the visible supply, can prevent you from
getting what is yours.
So never allow yourself to think for an instant that all the best building spots will
be taken before you get ready to build your house, unless you hurry. Never worry
about the trusts and combines, and get anxious for fear they will soon come to
own the whole earth. Never get afraid that you will lose what you want because
some other person “beats you to it.” That cannot possibly happen. You are not
seeking anything that is possessed by anybody else; you are causing what you
want to be created from formless substance, and the supply is without limits.
